Personal data protection (GDPR)

 
Information clause about personal data processing

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we hereby inform that:
  1. The Institute of Agricultural and Food Economics National Research Institute, with its registered seat at Świętokrzyska 20 Street, 00-002 Warsaw, is the Controller for your personal data;
  2. We have appointed the Data Protection Officer that you can contact regarding protection of your personal data and execution of your rights via an email: Dariusz.Ostrowski@ierigz.waw.pl; phone: +48225054547 or in writing to the address: Dariusz Ostrowski, Inspektor Ochrony Danych Osobowych, Instytut Ekonomiki Rolnictwa i Gospodarki Żywnościowej PIB, Ul. Świętokrzyska 20, 00-002 Warszawa;
  3. Your personal data shall be processed for the purposes of the publishing process involving the publishing/review of the work authored/coauthored by you, or in which you have acted as the Author/Reviewer, making the data available to other entities associated with the publishing process, to enter them into databases and other academic portals dealing with the promotion of scientific articles in the country and in the world posted on the website of the scientific journal “Zagadnienia Ekonomiki Rolnej / Problems of Agricultural Economics” (http://www.zer.waw.pl/pl) as the primary source of the data under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR;
  4. Recipients of your personal data include: readers of “Zagadnienia Ekonomiki Rolnej / Problems of Agricultural Economics”, entities associated with the publishing process, users of databases and other academic portals dealing with the promotion of scientific articles in the country and in the world posted on the website of the scientific journal “Zagadnienia Ekonomiki Rolnej / Problems of Agricultural Economics” (http://www.zer.waw.pl/pl) as the primary source of the data;
  5. Your personal data shall be stored throughout the period of operation of the Editorial Office of “Zagadnienia Ekonomiki Rolnej / Problems of Agricultural Economics” and the following five years;
  6. You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data transfer, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you feel that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016;
  8. Providing your personal data is a prerequisite for publishing the work you have authored/coauthored or in which you have acted as the Reviewer. You are obliged to provide them, and if you refuse to do so the Editorial Office shall refuse to publish your work or accept your review.
